U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Kenneth Roberts, right, shakes hands with U.S. Marine Corps Col. Peter Lee Nov. 5 on Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan. Roberts and other United Nations representatives attended a briefing on Futenma operations followed by a windshield tour of the base. The briefing included topics such as the relocation of the flight line and current capabilities. Roberts is the wartime deputy combined rear area commander for United Nations Command. Lee, a New Rochelle, N.Y., native, is the commanding officer of MCAS Futenma.
