MCIPAC Communication Strategy and Operations

Nov 9, 2015

Lt. Gen. Michael G. Dana, left center, and Brig. Gen. Tracey W. King, far right, prepare for an air tour aboard a UH-1Y Huey helicopter Nov. 5 on Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan. The air tour allowed Dana to view strategic access points on Okinawa, as well as the strategic resources and high readiness of Marine Corps Installations Pacific camps and facilities in daily support of operations across the Indo-Asia-Pacific region. The visit also drew attention to the importance of financial and manpower resources within MCIPAC. Dana is the deputy commandant for installations and logistics. King is the commanding general of the 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
