CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan – The USO Kundalini Yoga class stretches their spines with the mudrasana pose Oct. 17 aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. The USO now offers this yoga as a way for the military community to relax and connect with their spirit. The breathing exercises the classes do expands the lung’s capacity and the stretches strengthen the nervous system. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Pfc. Kelcey Seymour)
