Twenty-two students recently graduated from the two-week Noncommissioned Officer Leadership Development Course (NCOLDC) at the March ARB Cultural Center. "The people who started this class two weeks ago are not the same people you see sitting here today," observed Command Chief Master Sergeant Agustin Huerta during his opening remarks. He then presented graduation certificates to the students. The 20th NCOLDC anniversary was celebrated recently at a curriculum conference in Minneapolis. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt.
