HE’S DEPUTY TO THE CHIEF: Maj. Gen. James T. Rubeor, former commander of the 452nd Air Mobility Wing, watches as his wife, Michele, and father, retired Col. Russ Rubeor, pin on his second star during a promotion ceremony July 5 at the Air Force Memorial in Arlington, Va. General Rubeor is the deputy to Lt. Gen. Charles E. Stenner, Jr., Chief of Air Force Reserve at the Pentagon. Lt. Gen. John Bradley, former chief of the Reserve and commander of Air Force Reserve Command, officiated the ceremony.
