Estes is the commanding officer of Headquarters and Service Battalion, Marine Corps Base Camp Smedley D. Butler, Marine Corps Installations Pacific, and camp commander for Camps Foster and Lester. Moore, a Washington D.C. native is the postal chief of H&S Bn., MCB Camp Butler.
