Students from the career course listen as a guest speaker talks about effective leadership Oct. 1 at the Staff Noncommissioned Officer Academy on Camp Hansen. As one of the students in attendance, Petty Officer 1st Class Xiomara A. Azinge challenges herself as a sailor to learn more about the Marine Corps side of her job to better assist the Marines she serves.
