A child bounces down an inflatable slide during the 22nd Annual Camp Hansen Festival Sept. 3 aboard Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan. The annual event is one of the quarterly open-gate events hosted by Camp Hansen that provides Okinawa residents and Status of Forces Agreement members with the opportunity to get to know each other through fun, food and festivities. More than 12,855 attendees poured through the gate during the two-day event to sample a plethora of ethnic foods, ride carnival rides, play games for prizes and enjoy a free concert by American rock band, American Authors.
