CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan – - M16 A4 service rifles are stored in numbered slots with in the armory Sept. 19, 2019 at Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. It is the duty of a small arms repair technician to maintain, repair and account for all weapons assigned to their armory. Without the proper maintenance small arms repair technicians conduct, the safety of the weapon, and the Marine operator, are at risk. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl. Kelcey Seymour)
