CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan – Jamaican jerk chicken is coated with the 2 Jerks signature Jamaican sauce April 23 at the Camp Foster Festival in Okinawa, Japan. 2 Jerks is run by retired Staff Sgt. Fredrick I. Simpson. Simpson built his restaurant by hand from the ground up while still active duty. Simpson’s best friend and business partner created the spices that he uses to flavor his food.
