CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan—New U.S. citizens and leadership pose for a photo after a Naturalization Ceremony Sept. 13 in the base theater aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. Naturalization is the process by which U.S. citizenship is granted to a foreign national after he or she fulfills the requirements established by Congress in the Immigration and Nationality Act. Gaining citizenship is a milestone in their lives, opening new opportunities.
