Shuji Omine carves a flower out of a carrot as decoration Feb. 21 at the Camp Kinser Mess Hall. The mess hall earned the 2013 Marine Corps Installations Pacific Best Mess Hall of the Year title and is now competing for the best Marine Corps mess hall through the Maj. Gen.
